Hello CNYDPC members. I am looking for volunteers for the Locator Appreciation Award Committee. Those who join the committee would be responsible for reviewing locator award nominations from each company that submits candidates, and choosing one winner from each company.
Each company can submit up to 3 nominees, and we will choose one winner from each company. The company information and nominees names will be redacted so there is no conflict of interest when choosing the winners.
Please let me know if you would like to volunteer by Tuesday Nov. 14, by answering this thread.
The deadline for nominations is Dec. 15 and the committee is expected to have final decisions by Jan. 17. The winners will be announced at the February 13, 2024 CNYDPC meeting.
The call for nominations that is being sent out can be located in the Locator Appreciation Awards file within the CNYDPC Community. An excerpt regarding what criteria the nominees are expected to have is below.
Your nominees should:
· have a safety-first mindset
· be a strong leader
· have a compliant outlook
· live your company values in all areas of your business
· dedication to accurate mark outs
Please provide a short paragraph for each employee you are nominating that encompasses the above. Our team will vote on one winner from each organization. The winner will receive a gift card along with some great giveaways from UDIG NY. We will announce our winners at the February CNYDPC meeting.
