Mohawk Valley DPC

Hi all! We will not be holding our traditional meeting this month. Instead, we will be setting up for the Feztival of Trees on Tuesday Nov. 18 at 2:30 p.m. at the Masonic Care Community of New York, 2150 Bleecker St., Utica. This typically takes about an hour or so and help is always greatly appreciated. 

For those who are unfamiliar with the event, this is a fundraiser for the Ziyara Shriners which we participate in every year. For about a week, the community can come view a variety of decorated trees and then submit raffle tickets in hopes of winning a tree and everything on and underneath it. It is always a successful event and provides the DPC with public exposure. A flyer is attached with event details. 

Please consider donating an item for under the tree or even a gift card to include in the display. I have already purchased the tree and a variety of other times including gardening tools, a tool set, a kid's sitting excavator dig stand, excavator toys and kinetic sand.
