1^st Annual Locator Safety Appreciation Award – UDIG NY Mohawk Valley Damage Prevention Committee

Hello!

We are proud to initiate the inaugural Locator Safety Appreciation Award.

In honor of this award, we are looking for up to 3 locator nominations from your organization.  

Your nominees should:

·         have a safety-first mindset

·         be a strong leader

·         have a compliant outlook

·         live your company values in all areas of your business

·         dedication to accurate mark outs

·         state the nominee’s main employer (please indicate if 1^st or 2^nd party contractor)

·         based in Mohawk Valley Area

Please provide a short paragraph for each employee you are nominating that encompasses the above. Our team will vote on one winner from each organization. The winner will receive a gift card along with some great giveaways from UDIG NY.  We will announce our winners at the January MHVDPC meeting.

Please email your three nominations no later than the close of business on Friday, December 13^th to the team copied on this email.
