    Hello all!

    We are going through our Public Awareness policy and doing an implementation audit that is required per RP 1162.  Is it possible for any of you to share either any program materials (mailers, handouts) or a section from your policy regarding message content development?  Thought this would be a good way to see if we are aligned with the rest of UNY gas utilities.
